Kensington has reduced the average processing time from receiving an application to issuing an offer by 37% in the five months since January.
As part of on-going efforts to enhance the experience it delivers to all intermediaries, Kensington has made a number of improvements to systems and processes that have helped reduce the average app to offer time to 21 working days during a period when application volumes have increased by 17%.
