It is important that we understand what intermediaries and their clients need from their mortgage provider. So on finding that easier application systems topped the list, we immediately set about reviewing where our application portal could be improved.
With the new design, intermediaries will be able to benefit from: uploads, online fee payment, a DIP that only requests essential information, a new streamlined look and user experience, improved case tracking and finally, complete compliance with MMR regulation changes.
You can start using the new application portal immediately and just need to reset your password using the Forgotten Password link on the new system.
If you wish to track old applications, or complete an application where you have already obtained a Decision in Principle, you will be able to log into the previous portal, which is now closed to all new applications, using your existing password.
