All new Kensington mortgages move to a reversionary rate following the fixed rate period. This reversionary rate is charged at a margin above 3 Month London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR).

We review LIBOR quarterly to reset the reversionary rate. The Current LIBOR rate is 0.55% with effect from 13 February 2018 – LIBOR Floor 1.00%*. If LIBOR falls below 1.00% the reversion rate will be charged at reversion margin plus 1.00%.
