Fund Booking Form (Direct and Packaged business)
Change to business submission
All applications require funds to be booked. The booking process is outlined below:
Brokers submitting direct
All applications must be submitted online by 4.30pm in order for funds to be booked. There is no change to how to submit applications online.
Please note, paper applications are no longer accepted.
Packaged
Funds must be booked by sending a Fund Booking Form and a copy of the fully completed Mortgage Commitment PDF to
bookings@kmc.co.uk
Your Booking Confirmation reference number will be allocated and sent to the email address used to make the initial booking request. Please allow two hours for a response, unless the booking request is sent after 4.30pm, in which case it will be processed on the following working day.
Funds will only be considered booked when the unique booking reference has been issued.
Failure to comply with the new booking process could result in cases not being accepted.
To book funds, please use the
Prime Fund Booking Form (MS Word)
as described above.
